Our present fee structure has been the culmination of many discussions with our clients both current and prospective to ascertain their opinions on website design fees.

The following is the result and the fee structure that has now been adopted by <|>Teksolution Website Design <|> to great success for both us and our clients.

<|> Website Design Package #1.... and only <|>
Yes, that's right, one package... the only package. All our research showed that clients did not have time or the expertise to be ascertaining the best choice in an array of packages, quotes and add-ons and of course hidden and unexpected charges.

They needed a simple solution and known time frame with a set non deviating fee.

<|> So here it is.... <|>
This Website Design Package is for a duration of six (6) months. During this period your business website is initially built with in the first month or so (depending on your commitment: see prelude) and uploaded to the web as a completed site. The following months your site is extended with added sections and facilities. Your site is updated as regularly as you require or we may suggest. At the end of the six (6) month period your presents on the web will have been established with a website valued at least three times the initial website package fee.

Add to this that there are no monthly hosting fees, no hosting setup fees, no update or site maintenance fees, no search engine submission fees, no digital photography fees (Sydney Australia only) for the duration of our 6 month website design package.

<|>Web Hosting & Setup
<|>Daily Website Statistics
<|>Webmaster Facilities

<|>What it doesn't include.... <|>
Domain name registration fee, Database orientated facilities such as: shopping carts, secure site, forums, message boards, chat rooms, mailing list, password protected areas, flash sites, off site storage, data back up, upload & storage, self website maintenance.

All of these facilities are certainly available and are evaluated to your needs and added to your package.

<|>Fee Payment…<|>
One of the biggest advantages with our Website Design Package is the fact that you can now include your website design fee into your monthly budget. Why? Because you pay for this package monthly, in advance.

Each month for six(6) months you will be invoiced two(2) weeks prior to the due date. You may pay by direct deposit or cheque (Australia Only).

NOTE: The monthly payment facility is only available to clients that take up the full package including <|>Teksolution Website Design <|> being the Web Host for your website.

Clients that have an existing web hosting facility or wish to host their site on another server, pay for the package, in full, in advance. This may be negotiated at the discretion of <|>Teksolution Website Design <|> on a client to client basis.

REASON: When your website is hosted by us we have full control of the server and password. If site is hosted elsewhere, although initially we have access to the server and password, the client may change the password at anytime, locking us out before the completion of the six(6) month agreement which may result in costly litigation.

<|>At the end of six months…. <|>
When the six (6) month agreement has expired, you will be offered four(4) options.
1.<|>Continue on with the package at the package monthly fee on a month to month in advance basis

2.<|>Continue on using our monthly maintenance package or casual rate updating

3.<|>Terminate our Website Design Services but continue using our Web Hosting Service (monthly hosting fee and transfer fee apply)

4.<|>Terminate our Website Design &/or Hosting Services completely. In this event, provided their are no fees outstanding, you will be presented with all your website files on a complimentary 64kb EasyDisk® Portable Flash Hard Drive.

<|>Website Design Package #1…and only     $500 (AUD) per month + GST (10%)
<|> Non Hosting $3000 (AUD) + GST (10%)

After six(6) months:
1.<|> Continuation of Design Package #1…and only     $500 (AUD) per month + GST (10%)
2.<|> Website six(6) month Maintenance Package       $200 (AUD) per month + GST (10%)*
<|>Website casual rate Maintenance $150 (AUD) per hour incl GST (10%)

3.<|> Web Hosting 3 months in advance @ $29 per month $87 (AUD) incl GST (10%)
<|> Web Hosting 6 months in advance @ $28 per month $168 (AUD) incl GST (10%)
<|> Web Hosting 12 months in advance @ $26.59 per month $319.08 (AUD) incl GST (10%)
Note: These web hosting fees do not include space required for database facilities. POA

* Website Maintenance Package is a signed agreement for 5 hours of updates per month for a period of six months. Updates hours are not transferable to the next month. Additional hours per month will be charged at $50.00 per hour (pro-rata). This package does not include the building of new sections, pages or facilities.

Web Hosting:
<|>Teksolution Website Design <|> can also provide Web Hosting of your site not in conjunction with our website design service.
FEES: The above web hosting rates + $100 (AUD) incl. GST (10%) one-off setup fee.

Domain Name Registration:
<|>Teksolution Website Design <|> can organise the 2 year registration of your domain name.

.net.au     $140.00 (AUD) incl. GST (10%)
.org.au     $ 59.00 (AUD) incl. GST (10%)
